Westline Inn

This place is good. My man and his friend got fish and chips which they both loved and very very big portions. But for someone who doesn't eat seafood they didn't have very many options. So a little disappointed there. But service was good and quick. The lady serving us had a bit of a attitude though, we asked her a question about if their hats had elk on it. She got do nasty over it, did not appreciate it. And we're not from the area so how where we suppose to know? So the place was good but the waitress was very rude.

We ate in the dining room. Knew to ask for the pub menu as well, but, we both went with the dining room special which was a 14 oz strip steak. It was huge. Food was excellent. The presentation was very basic, not fancy, but it was delicious. We stayed in one of the rooms. The room was clean but very primitive, think Deer camp. That's OK, just remember your staying above a bar. If you stay, this is what your choosing. Like I said, not fancy, but it was clean. After dinner we visited the bar. This was very nice and welcoming. They have a cache of locals that were friendly. Glen and Jen were very friendly and service was great in the dining room and at the bar. Excellent service food atmosphere all was amazing. For being a first timer to a location so close to home. Idk why I waited this long to go. The food was amazing. I had the smoked ribs. They were actually smoked on a smoker, and didn’t have that fake liquid smoke taste.

Really cute place to stop for a bite to eat before camping nearby. Super friendly and welcoming staff, the place is always packed on weekends in the best way. I love coming here for some snacks when we make the trip out to the forest. The interior decor is delightful. I like the edamame potstickers.

Awesome service and amazing food. We love the history of this area
