I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Trent at the front desk for his outstanding help. I was not a guest at the hotel—I had stopped by to deliver some food to a friend who is staying there. Unfortunately, the soup from the takeout spilled and made quite a mess in the trunk of my car. Trent noticed the situation and was incredibly kind and helpful. He assisted me promptly and went out of his way to help resolve the issue, which I truly appreciated. His professionalism, willingness to help, and positive attitude made a stressful moment much easier. Trent is a wonderful representative of your hotel. His kindness and service reflect very well on your team and the overall quality of the hotel. Thank you for having such great staff.

We showed up and check-in was incredibly smooth — the team made everything easy from the moment we arrived. The property itself feels like a secret getaway. Everyone always talks about the Four Seasons, but honestly, Westlake Village Inn deserves to be in the same conversation as Bel Air Hotel and Beverly Hills Hotel. Maybe even better for a staycation.||Our room had such thoughtful touches — a fireplace, a balcony overlooking the rose garden, and really high-end fixtures that reminded me of Encore/Wynn in Vegas. Everything was spotless and felt luxurious without trying too hard.||We ate in the room, and the food surprised me in the best way. What a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The restort is so beautiful and therapeutic. The Christmas decorations were splendid and the wine cellar, outdoor dining, options and overall experience was delightful. The customer service was superb and the staff quite friendly. Highly recommended

Six of us met for our regular monthly lunch and enjoyed this restaurant, except for the extremely high noise level. As a party of six we prefer to be seated at a round table as it makes for a circle of conversation. The restaurant has one round table but refused to seat us there as “it was not open”. Convenient for the restaurant but not hospitable offering a high standard of customer satisfaction. The food offering was first rate and we all enjoyed the six different selections, with the pizza being more than one regular person could possibly eat. Parking is in a private lot which quickly fills.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. We enjoyed the hotel very much. The negative part of this review is solely based on the hotel wedding coordinator, Dana, who was just a train wreck. It’s unfortunate that the hotel continues to allow Dana to represent them in their wedding department. My brother got married here a few months ago and Dana was incredibly rude and short with the bride and groom as well as my sister and I who were helping set up the room. Dana was very dismissive, snarky, cold, and unhelpful the entire day. I felt so bad for my sister-in-law who’s super sweet and easy going. Dana is doing the hotel a disservice by acting as their wedding coordinator. Otherwise the venue was beautiful and the hotel was lovely :)
