Westgate Branson Woods Resort

We had an amazing stay at Westgate Resort! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was quick and simple, which made everything start off stress-free. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were able to get settled into our room right away. The rooms were updated, clean, and very nice — you can tell they take pride in keeping everything modern and comfortable. The beds were cozy and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax. There was so much to do on the property! The arcade was a huge hit and perfect for some family fun. We also loved having access to both indoor and outdoor pools — it was great having options no matter the weather. We’ve owned property at this place for 22 years now and absolutely love it. There’s always plenty to do on the property if you want to just kick back and enjoy all they have to offer. The photos are the smaller lock-off units, which will sleep up to 4 if you use the sofa that makes into a Queen size bed. They have Grands that have a full kitchen and will seat up to 8 people. The rooms have a joining door if you want to be connected to others in your group.

Positive: The amenities and staff were wonderful! Overall we were very happy with the stay! Negative: The indoor pool was small/basic and we ran out of hot water on different days.

$150 non refundable fee for pets. This was not mentioned on the phone when we asked if they accept pets. It’s in the fine print on Expedia but I missed it. Had I known we would have picked a different hotel because non refundable for that amount is crazy. That’s a whole nights stay in itself. They were not friendly, the people in the market place were very rude. There is no Maid service during your stay. The hot tub was barely hot, the jets have to be turned on from a staff member I waited for a half hour after calling for jets and no one came. A random worker knocked on our door at 2 am and when I looked out the window he was speeding off in his maintenance cart. It was very creepy. Pretty expensive hotel not really worth what they offer. We stayed at Westgate Branson Woods Resort in Branson Missouri the first week of March 2026. We went to the "Marketplace" inside the resort and a very nice lady named Paula greeted us. She told us all about the food that was offered and said she can make a pretty mean Pizza. So we ordered the large pepperoni pizza and it was delicious!!!! We talked to her for several minutes and learned a lot about the resort and the surrounding areas too. It was greatly appreciated and a very good start to our first day at the resort. If you decide to stay here definitely check out the marketplace and get the pizza!
