Most absolutely disgusting hotel I have ever saved at in my life for one. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and she put me in a room smoking, even though I had two little babies with me and I posted the pictures of what the room look like, and I said To be refunded, And was told no, and I had to buy Lysol and clean the toilet in the room myself before I could Even take my kids in there I even have pictures of the evidence and Priceline has not done nothing about it and the owner refused to give me my money

First, when you arrive, you interact with the manager through a safety shield because the lobby may be locked. The manager has a windowed bump out from the lobby and you pass your credit cards and ID through a little one-inch slit under the window. Not the best customer service experience. Our room was clean and fairly comfortable, but the carpet was in need of replacement years ago; totally matted and disgusting looking. The decor is burgundy and dark green, and the exterior paint is faded. Although they provide small bars of soap, they do not provide shampoo. Aside from the carpet and dated look, we did not note serious issues and slept OK.

The room was very dirty not to mention the terrible odor!!! The lady who works there is very rude , the carpet was smelly & dirty. The towels had many many stains. Booked online the lady told me I couldn't do that & got upset and told me to pack up and leave ! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL .

Positive: Rooms clean Negative: Broken ice machine, gas station ice No vending machines all empty and unplugged.

We hit the road looking for somewhere to breathe. First motel? No answer. Second? Looked closed. Third? The lights were low, but someone answered—and thank the stars she did. This sweet Southern soul didn’t just give us a room, she gave us relief. Asked if we needed extra towels, coffee, anything else to make us comfortable. And it worked—two nights of peace and quiet like we’d landed in a protective spell circle. Clean, cozy, and calm, with just enough witchy magic to make it feel like home. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU from the bottom of our wild little hearts. Five stars and a moonbeam blessing. 🌙✨💜
