Room stunk Towels were dingy and stained Comforter had holes in it very outdated sheets were stained lamps didn't work outlet by the sink didn't work

My wife and I arrived at the Western Inn at about 9pm we had already book a room online and had our rate already. When we got to the desk we were able to get a cheaper room rate as walkin. We thought it was good deal,that we were just going to sleep there for one night and then move into our newly rented apartment the next day. However, this was not to be.. First, I have a service animal, when I told them I had a service animal they freaked out and told me that they did not allow pets. I again told them that my dog was a service animal and they could not deny me lodging for having a service animal! At that point they demanded to see all of my documentation proving my dog was a service animal. Upon showing them the documents they reluctantly rented my wife and I the room. ||When we got to

The room must stay in.Had an issue with the lighting.It would flicker and flicker and flicker, and I just didn't trust it, plugging in my electronics to charge.

O stars if possible. They continue to delete my Google review but I won't stop until more people are aware. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE. This place is filled with roaches, bedbugs, and has a disturbing smell. We had booked two rooms for two nights with queen beds.upon arrival they told us the rooms weren't available and gave us one room with two twin beds. I attempted to get a solution from the manager at the time but they were nasty and rude pretty much saying it's non refundable and it's not their problem. We were exhausted from our trip and decided to "rest"hoping tomorrow would be a better day. WRONG! It was 3 am and there was noise coming from left to right. The following morning my kids and I woke up to rashes good thing we didn't sleep under the cover nor touched the pillows. Restro

Joy was wonderful! She has an awesome smile a great attitude and you couldn't ask for a better front desk professional. However... the hair dryer did not work (which I was really counting on) and the toilet seat was very loose. We didn't complain but if we come again next year hopefully maintenance can tighten up by then.
