Somewhat primitive road to access. First 5 miles decent with some single lane bridges and cattle guards. After that road narrower with more turns and some low hanging branches. Watch for deer in roadway. Spotty cellular. Turkeys can be aggressive if they feel threatened.
I've been tent camping here since 1975. Love this place! Recently went there in our 13' camp trailer ( I'm getting older and need a softer bed !) We saw many turkey hens and toms as well as a mule deer and several white tail! Great tent camping as well as a campground with tables and toilet facilities. There is a waterfall past the campground when creek is running. Good hiking.

Great trail. Even more fun when water is flowing.
