Only thing good is the place was clean. Has 3 bedrooms but the 3rd floor room is difficult to come back down the stairs. We stayed a Wed and Thur nite, so I could only imagine a weekend stay with the person living on the 1st floor having loud music playing well after the 10 o'clock curfew that's expected from us. After knocking (trying to be polite) then banging on the door still no one answered. Sirens and horns honking thru the night too. Ohhh... and make sure to download the app and your phone is charged to unlock the door as well.
