Customer Reviews
This is a great place to stay if you wanna stay there in long term you can stay forever also the secretary for the place is very nice and courteous. They got maintenance and come pickup trash on a daily basis. It's the best they got hot water, lights and great emminities A+to the aces that's just the way it is! Shoot let me tell ya what it's got all the best fixes from the wi-fi to laundry mat so you can have clean clothes. It's's the best place to stay the apple of my eye 👀!! One of the best place in Erin got me like I don't have any cares
Price is decent they just increased the monthly rent keep in mind better for short term stay. Laundry machines are always broken park won’t replace them or fix the machines and only one crappie laundry mat in town, WiFi is absolutely terrible if you have Verizon you won’t have any service here and pipeliners in the summer are always loud partying on weekdays and all hours of the night and drive fast when there are kids playing and can’t get Amazon packages delivered
Where do I begin. The price isn’t bad, sure. If you plan on a short stay. If you can get in since they are always “full”. Say goodbye to your Amazon deliveries. They REFUSE to put the mailbox out by the road. I personally have spoke to the post office and they have said all they have to do is move the mailbox out to the road for mail, and put a garden box or lock box next to it for packages. It has been brought to their attention by residents and even some offered to do the work and they absolutely will not! Some of us work 6 days a week from sun up to sun down, can’t make it to the post office and rely on our Amazon deliveries but god forbid you move a dang mailbox. This is located in a flood zone. The creek was at land level right before we got here and have heard stories about right w
It is $600 a month plus tax which comes out to be I believe $658 which is not bad considering everything is included, they do have Wi-Fi but it does have issues as most RV Parks do.
Some one in the park has my puppies it got out while I was at work I forgot to put the feed bucket in front of the door if you see this message im ar home I do know it's a lady in the park has him but don't know which one it is
