Well-Bred Luxury Lodgings - Manor on Main

Our family booked the main house and adjacent properties so we could be together for a memorial service nearby. It was perfect! Instead of going out, be brought food in and ate on the back porch where we spent so much time talking and laughing and enjoying the fire feature, having coffee and wine, watching the sunrise. Enjoyed the cookies and espresso furnished and used all of the gift certificates to the bakery down the street. It was clean and comfortable. Wait until you see the TV in the parlor! Definitely recommend!

We stayed in the Mountain View apartment and really enjoyed it! The hosts were really nice and gave our son food to feed the fish during our stay. It was his morning routine 🙂. The apartment was more spacious than expected and we had everything we needed. Two bathrooms is a big plus. We also enjoyed the deck with a nice view of the mountains. We ate dinner from Blue Mountain Pizza out there (also recommended). Downtown is a short walk and whitewater rafting is about a 20 min drive. Couldn't have asked for more! I can definitely see our family returning.

My husband and I just spent three lovely nights at this inn. It rates as one our favorite B&B experiences. Dan and Nancy are very gracious, experienced inn keepers. Our room was roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The Inn Itself is a beautiful old home and very charming. It was also surprisingly quiet. It is located within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants in downtown Weaverville. The breakfasts were wonderful. Each morning we sat down to a beautiful China place setting and immediately had fresh homemade muffins and fresh fruit, juice and coffee. While we enjoyed that Dan cooked French toast or one of his other delicious creations. I would definitely recommend this Inn to anyone planning to visit Weaverville.

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend. We were in town for a wedding at Claxton Farm. This town and place is really cute. We stayed in the Forest room and it is a perfect room for 2. It really has everything you need with a huge jacuzzi tub, and the bed was super comfortable. Very cozy, quiet place. I hope to be in Weaverville again sometime and will definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you to the owners for a lovely place to stay.

We stayed here over 10 years ago and had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and very quite. The bed and breakfast staff were very nice, helped in any way they could, and gave good suggestions for things to do. Breakfast was well made and had a good variety. The owners gave us a cast iron skillet as a honeymoon gift with the recipe for the frittata that they had made one morning. No complaints what so ever on the entire trip. The Biltmore tickets are much better priced here. We got them as part of a weekday stay package, but I do not know if they have those any more.
