Another phenomenal week fishing the nearby waters while staying at Weatherby’s! ||Mike Winslow was a super guide - experienced, knowledgeable, very patient, skilled fisherman and boater, and very personable. ||Cozy lodge with rustic, comfortable cabins. Delicious meals with creative salads, local vegetables, home baked breads and desserts, hearty soups and generously portioned entrees. True feasts from|sun-up to sun-down, easily accommodating our dietary requirements! Friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. ||An amazing experience! Can’t wait to return next year for our 4th season with Jeff and colleagues!

Had a great time at Weatherby’s. Rustic but clean and cozy cabins (with AC, which came in handy one extremely unseasonably hot day). Great meals in the lodge with friendly, helpful service. And awesome fishing with highly professional Maine Guides (including a monster 23’ smallmouth that is by far the best fish I ever caught). Guide cooked an amazing shore lunch. Truly everything you could want from a north woods fish camp.

Just what a fishing lodge in Maine should be: rustic, friendly, near the water. Good food, hot shower after fishing, great guests to tell fish stories with. Guides were spot on. And Jeff (owner) even fixed a leak in my waders for me!

My wife, myself and another couple went to Weatherby's for a Friday night lobster dinner. It was excellent. The lobsters were succulent and delicious. The sides of corn on the cob and coleslaw were also quite good. The dessert of blueberry cobbler a la mode was outstanding. Service was friendly and attentive -- the waiter made sure our bowls for the lobster shells were kept emptied out. All in all a very nice experience. Also stayed here in the past in their cozy cabins.
