Watseka 24 Inn & Suites

I recently stayed at the Watseka 24 Inn and Suites and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I also noticed that the hotel has recently updated its furniture, which looks great and adds to the overall comfort. The amenities are basic but cover all the essentials — free Wi-Fi, parking, and decent housekeeping. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere for a good night’s sleep. That said, the property is a bit older, so don’t expect luxury finishes. A few updates in décor and facilities could make the stay even better. Breakfast options are limited, so plan to grab something nearby if you want a fuller meal. Overall, it’s a good value for money and a reliable place to stay

The people here are very friendly and happy to accommodate. Unfortunately, since Wyndham revoked their affiliation, it is obvious that the entire family and all of their friends have given themselves raving five start reviews. I guess they don’t understand that we can see the last names they post with. The rooms are absolutely covered in mold and obviously there is no cleanliness standard being upheld. While I’ve not found any bug issues, the mold is thick and black and absolutely everywhere. I have never left this hotel without being sick the day after. It should be condemned by the health department until the mold problem is remediated. Edit: the hotel staff states they fixed these issues months ago, but it has not been that long since I stayed.
