Waterwheel Rv Camp

Owners are wonderful and caring people. Campground is on its way on being a premier establishment near Livingston, TN. Located at 1816 Cookeville Highway, Livingston, TN. Nearly one year later, we were passing through Livingston TN and we made a special stop to see and visit the owners of Waterwheel RV Camp, Will and Sandy. Would you believe it, they actually remembered us from last year. It was a good visit. While my wife spent time with Sandy, Will showed me around the grounds. The bath house/restroom/laundry was completed. Well built and durable enough for inclement weather. Their handy work was well designed and thought out. We told them we would have to make arrangements for another RV trip in the future. Their camp was nearly full while we were there. Such wonderful Christian fri

William and Sandy are some of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet! Their campground is super cute and quaint. The kids loved the creek and playground. We loved the proximity to Cookeville, Livingston, and Dale Hollow Lake- close to amenities but still have the country feel! William and Sandy have been working hard on the bath house and laundry facility- looks like it’ll be up and running soon! The spots we stayed in near the creek were spacious, with full hookups, a picnic table, and fire ring. Fantastic WiFi. We’ve stayed here multiple times and won’t hesitate to stay again in the future. Thank you for a fabulous stay and experience! We will be back!

This place is all kinds of A-W-E-S-O-M-E!! So small, quiet and peaceful. I stayed there last night and the night before (7/5-7/7 2024). First impression - warmest reception I've ever received at any campground. Will was in the office when I arrived, greeted me with a big smile, got me set up with the campground map and ideas for local attractions (waterfalls), etc. Right as I was about to leave the office and head to my site, Sandy came in from the big patio off the back of the office. Same deal - huge smile, happy to see me, thanking me for stopping by. Once I settled in to site 13, I realized how incredible the creek was...which was about 25 steps from my campsite. We stayed here a total of four weeks broken up over the summer. We had a large group and Will and Sandy, the hosts, are wonderful, welcoming, and accommodating. We really loved our stay and felt sadness leaving. The waste water treatment plant is across the creek but there is no sounds or smell whatesoever in any portion of the camp. Our kids (5 total, 4 and under in age) had fun at the playground and loved splashing around in the creek. We hope to keep in touch with the hosts and return to see even more progress they’ve made here.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Waterwheel RV Camp for several months, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The park is incredibly clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Sandy and Will go above and beyond every single day to keep everything in top-notch condition—from the spotless bathrooms and laundry area to the beautifully kept common spaces. The park has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, and we always felt completely safe and at home. One of our favorite parts was the small river that runs alongside the property—it adds such a charming and unique touch. We feel so blessed to have met Sandy and Will. They are not only the kindest and most helpful hosts, but genuinely great people who made our time there unforgettable. Waterwheel RV Park will always hold a special place i
