WaterSide Campground & RV Park

This was our first year here. It is a nice quiet campground, not overly commercialized, we loved this. We enjoyed the food trucks on the weekend, it was nice to support local businesses. It seems like they are doing improvements yearly, so it will be even better. The staff is GREAT both office and the maintainence crew, the get to know everyone and tke care of any issues promptly. We will be back for our second season next year, we can't wait !!

Waterside Campground is absolutely beautiful! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and there are plenty of fun activities for both kids and adults. The river tubing was such a blast and made our trip even more memorable. Our campsite was perfect, and everything was well kept and peaceful. We can’t wait to come back again!

We’ve been returning to Waterside every season since our first visit in 2010. The level roads and canal path are great for long walks. The river access for fishing, kayaking, or swimming makes the clear water of the Juniata accessible to all campers. The full hook ups preferable to dump stations.

We stay here every year at least for one occasion. Always great service at checking. Campground is well maintained, and quiet when it needs to be. River access is great. You will not regret choosing this campground if you are in the Lewistown/Greater Harrisburg area.

Definitely had a great experience with the staff and campground. The staff is great to work with and they communicate with you on any questions or issues you may have. Campground was clean and have many things to do. Pool was clean and very refreshing. Definitely will stay again.
