Water's Edge Ocean Resort

Had a great stay here with our family (two adults and two kids). Spacious rooms with full kitchen stocked with all you need for cooking (besides the food, grocery store is close by), balcony overlooking the ocean, very clean. Had laundry, games for the kids to play by the pool, deck with chairs for relaxing overlooking the beach. and a delicious ice cream shop. Good location close a few blocks from the boardwalk (but still technically Wildwood Crest so a nicer surroundings). Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second year in a row using Waters Edge. And we will continue to go back. Every year, our family goes to Wildwood for our yearly vacation. In 2024, we had to find a new hotel due to the one we used for years undergoing new management and the prices skyrocketed. We started looking and researching, and that’s never fun. Checking reviews and ensuring it will be a safe, clean place for a family of 6. Then, we found Waters Edge. Our first stay was in 2024 and we had a great experience. So we booked again for this year (2025) and again, we had a great time. The staff is always very pleasant and kind and super respectful. From the wonderful ladies who work the front desk, the maintenance guys who you see all around and the cleaning ladies who work so hard to make our room nice and cle

A good room, right on the beach for excellent price. The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that the mattress was very uncomfortable - from the softness of it, I'd say it was long past its replacement date.

My fourth time there. Always very accommodating and always very clean. Can’t beat the location! And the rooms are top notch!|We do wish the pool music started a little later. It starts at 9:30 every morning. We would rather listen to the surf and have our Coffe/tea in a more relaxing way. That said, the music is great, just wish they’d push it back to 11.

My girlfriend’s extended family has been coming here for over 30 years. I have been coming for nearly 10 years now. Location is perfect for a family beach vacation: about 1 1/2 blocks below the bottom of the long Wildwood Boardwalk (meaning: close but quiet). Walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. Nice pool and deck, across the street from one of the widest beaches on the East Coast.|This establishment is run by a wonderful family who are very attentive to their guests. Issues are quickly resolved, and boisterous guests are admonished rather than ignored. They even have herbs in pots to use while there. Many rooms have kitchens. |Rooms are cleaned daily if you wish, or they don’t bother you and just exchange towels if that is your wish. (I personally appreciate this approach
