Water Street Inn

We had an amazing time in downtown Boyne City! We spent the day skiing and then came back to such a fun, lively downtown filled with great restaurants and pubs—the perfect way to wrap up a day on the slopes. The condo was right on Lake Charlevoix with a beautiful view that made mornings and evenings extra special. It was spotless, cozy, and comfortably slept four of us without feeling crowded. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for making a few meals in, which we really appreciated. Plus, you can’t beat the location—walking distance to so many shops and restaurants made everything so convenient. The staff was courteous and welcoming, the price was very reasonable, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. And don’t skip brunch at Café Santé—it’s a must! Highly r

3rd time staying. This time in condo 307. Nicest of the 3 we have stayed in, however probably wouldn't stay there again. Internet was very slow and went down a lot. The young boy next to us said "the internet sucks". That was the joke of the weekend. The frig drawers and a mini frig/freezer the in closet was a hassle. The kitchen didn't have a can opener.

The place was even better than we expected! Spacious living room, very clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the lake, quiet and peaceful, and only a 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. We hope to stay here again next year!

We absolutely loved our experience at 112 Water Street Inn. Chris at the front desk was super sweet and very helpful. The view was gorgeous and the furnishings were beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. We really were happy with the location as we were so close to town and some of our favorite restaurants. Overall, we were extremely pleased we chose Water Street Inn!

We have stayed at the Water Street in many times in the last 5 years. We love the location and the view. The all one king bedroom unit condo building is perfect for us when we come north to visit our grandchildren. The units are owned separately so they vary in decor. We love the third floor for the view of the lake in both the living area and bedroom. There are also 2 end units, I think on the first and second floors, that have a bit more space in the living area. The price off season is also a very good value.
