Very comfortable Motel. Clean rooms, COMFORTABLE BED, Owner go above and beyond to ensure your comfortable, and feel welcome here. Hot shower with great water pressure. Will be staying again for sure ❤️

I know in a small Kansas town there is not much choice for accomodations, but it really wouldn't take much to make this a better place. The furnishings were older, but most notably, the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved quite a bit. The air conditioner worked fine for me, but there was a mildewy smell coming from the unit. There were mold spots in the corners of the tub/shower. There was plenty of hot water. When they came to clean in the morning, it seems all they did was replace the towels. They did not have a vacuum with them and the carpet definitely needed vacuuming. My sister in another room felt the mirrors & tv had streaks & gunk on them that should have been cleaned but I didn't notice that in my room. I was in town for work and stopped here for 1 night. The owners are some of the nicest and most accommodating owners I've met. As for the rooms, 1/2 of them have been completely remodeled and the ones that haven't been yet, all have new carpeting. Although my room was one of the rooms that hadnt been remodeled yet, it was very clean & well maintained. I could see that these folks take pride in thier motel. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was hot. All in all I have no complaints whatsoever and will definitely stay here again the next time I'm passing through

Very convenient location in the edge of town. Exceptional clean rooms, and the family that owns it is very accommodating and friendly! They saved a room for us over the phone only asking for a first name. Gave helpful advice on where to eat in nearby town since there weren't options close by. This is a true old school motel, a bit dated, but large clean comfortable rooms. We will definitely be back on future trips thru this area!
