Warrior Creek RV

It was nice up until about 10 months ago, they started letting people come in with roach infested trailers and didn't treat anything outside now the entire park is infested, wi-fi is spotty at best and owner says that's the best you are going to get he won't put in signal repeater's so a 20 min video takes almost 40 mins. Recently said park is to be sprayed Sept 3rd, it's going to take multiple treatments at best. We've combatted the roaches long enough I emptied my trailer of everything and bombed for roaches and left it will take multiple bombing in trailer because of how bad it was but now I'm the money used will be worth it... If you plan to stay here good luck

Stayed here 3 days in mid September this campground easily has the potential to get 5 stars. It is a great location nice shade trees. There is plenty of room to walk pets, and for kids to play. Lots of full timers living there but pretty neat. and quiet...3 issues no bathhouse yet (building it) no office run out of house or seems like it... All electric, water, and sewer is at very back of sites which in about half the cases is up hill...we could not hook up to sewer since our connections at mid to front of unit.....$45 back in $55 pull through

This place is really great, they've worked really hard to keep a park like natural setting: very shaded with a lot of trees and surprisingly quiet given the nearby highway. The owner is very responsive and seems genuinely interested in making it a great natural park to stay in. Full hookups and 50a in every spot! Bonham is about ten minutes away and McKinney is about 25 minutes away.

Nice little RV park a few miles south of Bonham, Texas on TX-121 highway. Judy the caretaker is a gem. Most spots are full hook-ups but the spots are not very level. A The park has an all rock road interior that is easy to navigate. Bring a water filter as this park has well water with lots of sediment in it (water in toilet bowl looks already used even with a filter...) My spot and most on the row I was in have the sewer connection at the back of the spot, UPHILL from the RV sewer connection. A long sewer hose was required to connect, and then draining the tanks was a challenge. Most spots are well shaded, but per-day price is high for not having any amenities (bath house has been unfinished since we were here last year, no pool or playground). Most residents are long-term. Warrior Creek is different than other local RV Parks. It’s got lots of trees and a pond on the property which makes it nice and feels more with nature than just a regular Pad with no surrounding trees or greenery. Ms Judy is the property manager and she’s a sweetheart. She cares about the place and the tenants. Warrior Creek has Wifi for the park and easy to pull in or back in spots for your RV/Camper needs. The building being built on the property is getting close to being finished and this will make a nice addition to the property and the convenience of the amenities will be great!
