Walnut Valley RV Park - Warsaw

We stayed at Walnut Valley for about 2 years for work at first with no issues but that all changed and we eventually had to move. The park has steadily declined with poor maintenance and the customers coming in were not the best. It is now under new ownership and they have their work cut out for them, rules and minimum standards must be in place. The park needs to be completely remodeled and take the monthly rental to a point that you show you have established standards for your customers. I do believe it’s in a very good location and the price is good probability too good which many times dictates your quality. I hope Walnut Valley make a successful and great turnaround and remodel all the best to the new owners, opportunity are all around.

Tony, Molly, Coby and Bryce have been amazing. We ended up in the overflow lot because we came in so late and they made sure we had extra water hose, extra septic hose and even got us septic supports. They’ve been in contact with us the entire we’ve been here and have been so accommodating!! The boys have been helpful and friendly. They maintain the property regularly, it’s super clean and VERY quiet.

This park was a last minute choice. Holly (I believe) was very nice and courteous on the phone. It was getting late and she said to pick a spot and that we could "settle up in the morning". You don't get that type of service or trust anymore; refreshing. Holly came in the morning and was very pleasant and friendly. It's true that there is a dead spot in regards to cell service. I walked up the driveway a bit and got a few bars to send a last minute txt. Could not beat the price. Thank you Holly.

LOVED THIS PLACE, very quite dont have people always harassing you about your dogs they was able to be on invisible fence. Me and husband will differently be back to this campground. The staff was very nice and helpful as well as the owner's. Very pleased with this stay. Price is very reasonable.
