DO NOT CAMP HERE!!! My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights while on vacation from Canada, and we had the worst camping experience of our lives. There are no park staff to enforce the park rules, and the rest of the campers trashed the campsite and blatantly broke the rules regarding noise curfew, substance abuse, and had an overall disregard for other campers and the cleanliness of the campground. We were kept awake the entire first night because at least 4 campsites had either music, or karaoke blaring from 9 p.m. - 4 a.m. In addition, there were no working bathroom facilities. The portapotties that were provided were covered in human feces, dirty diapers, and used toilet paper. The outdoor bathroom was a 10 minute walk away from the campsite and had no electricity, paper towel, or hand

Disgusting doesn't begin to cover this place. We paid for 5 nights, the gate for cars to park by ones campsite was locked at 1pm..homeless people and trash everywhere, no working mens shower or bathroom..womens room is disgusting. Hawaii shouldn't be allowed to sell campsites for unsuspecting tourists to come here..one can not feel safe nor comfortable in any way here.

So creepy place at night with the transient living by the campsite on the street, super noisy with car passing by and the transient playing music until 2am. With more than half of the sites reserved, no one showed one night during my stay, I felt so creepy and scared and had to leave
