My room was nice and spacious. And the service was good. But warning to business travelers: This is NOT a hotel for business travelers. Room service runs from 7:30 am through lunch on the weekdays. Restaurant closes at 7:30 pm. The front desk will tell you to Uber Eats. That’s a big disadvantage after working all day. And the vibe is hipster.

This hotel is terrible. Will never stay again. The East Miami is only 2 minutes away and much, much nicer! I don't know who assigns the start ratings, but it is in no way a 5-star hotel. There is no real lobby. There is a bar area that is closed. It is dark in the hallways and smells like a cheap car air freshener in the rooms. The smell was very strong. The shower water pressure totally disappeared every few minutes while trying to shower. It actually went to a drip several times. Also, I was in a rush to get to a business meeting and all of the UBERS were like 10 mins away. I asked for help in calling a cab instead, if the hotel had connections nearby. They said, no problem, we've got you. I canceled the Uber. A taxi arrives and the staff try to put me and a total stranger in the same ca

Went to the Tulum restaurant (in this hotel) for the thanksgiving comemoration. Our host was nice, polite with a very good vibe. He took care of us perfectly. We enjoyed the menu, the cocktails and the place it self. Very elegant and modern. The toilet very clean as well. Nothing to claim !

Feb, 2026.... I usually don't spend much time writing any reviews. But this experience was so incredibly bad that I felt compelled to do so. I booked two nights at the W hotel Miami (Bickell) trusting the brand name being as good as it is would do me no harm. Boy was I wrong. If this is a 5 star hotel, then it's a 5 star dump. You'll note, my review mirrors many others posted on this property in the past 6 months. Let's start with the good since it'll be brief. Anthony at the front desk was astounding. He definitely understands customer service. Unfortunately, things ended there. One other bright note was Nick, the new manager of just two weeks who clearly had no control over his property. So not his fault per se. No room service offered after 4pm daily and then only limited on week

Disappointing, Outdated, very Loud and Misleading — Not Worth Five-Star Pricing My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing and far from what one would expect from a five-star property. Based on both the condition of the room and the quality of service, the experience felt misleading and did not align with the hotel’s branding or pricing. As shown clearly in the photos, the room was noticeably dirty and poorly maintained. Surfaces, lampshades, and fixtures showed visible stains and wear, giving the impression of long-term neglect rather than normal use. The overall interior design feels extremely outdated, with decor resembling an old Chinese-style aesthetic from decades ago, paired with old-fashioned lamps—some of which did not function properly and were never replaced.
