W Hoboken

This was the greatest stay ever! I got married here 10 years ago and we just had our anniversary. I mentioned this when booking and our room was full of surprises, Kelly from Guest Experience literally called me personally. The food was great, service was quick, room was awesome, view was awesome.

A decent hotel but with some notable quirks that impact the guest experience.||The Positive Points||1. Renovated rooms|2. Nice lobby and lobby bar|3. Good bartender|4. Nice doormen|5. Comfortable beds|6. Nice views|7. Reasonably quiet|8. Walkability into town |9. Lost and found recovered an item my spouse dropped. Bravo!||The Quirks and Cons||1. Curtains let in sunlight. They are useless. See image.|2. Service at breakfast is scattered and flaky. As an example, I made 3 requests from 3 staff to get ketchup. It took 7 minutes and my food was cold when I got the ketchup.|3. The receptionist who checked me in was cold and indifferent. No recognition of my Ambassador status and then a surly question of points or breakfast.|4. Housekeeping would not have serviced our room had we not asked them

Hannah made our stay absolutely wonderful! She was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. We would definitely stay again!

This Hotel is in a perfect location hands down! The staff on point! The young lady at the front desk was so attentive, Professional, kind, with such a welcoming spirit. All the young men from the beginning, very welcoming and so attentive, the young man who helped us in making sure our suv was parked and then brought up our parking ticket with so much joy and excitement, all were on point! The view breath taking, impressive, classy, memorable! We will be coming back for sure! My wife and I were celebrating our 27th anniversary! Loved it!

We stayed because the location was convenient. We would come again because we had such a lovely time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The views of the NYC skyline are amazing. Our room was clean, comfortable and well designed. We were on the 17th floor and it is definitely an amazing view! The shower is large and the Bliss products from the spa are wonderful. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as a great bar and restaurant at the hotel. It is easy to get to Manhattan by public transport. We would definitely stay here again. Much easier than driving into NYC and dealing with traffic. Parking is super convenient-across the street- but expensive. We used valet since the difference was so small and we could take the car in and out.
