It was ok. More for families than retired couples. Plenty of activities for the kiddies. Unfortunately our dogs bothered our neighbors who complained to us. Middle of the day, but they barked when we walked to the food truck. It ruined our experience so we left on Saturday
Nice quiet campground. We were in a group section with other family members. Restrooms and Showers were very clean. Many things for families to do. They have a swimming pond with inflatables and large sand beach. Mini Golf, other various outside games. Camp store is fully stocked. Highlight of the weekend was the golf cart parade.
Been coming here since I was a kid. Now I bring my kids and we all love it. Only downside is that the bathrooms could use a little updating other than that, no complaints. Staff is great and you can always find great treasures at the gift shop.
Stayed in cabin #5 during the weekend of 4-6 October 2024. Upon check in staff were very helpful and friendly. Made us feel welcomed right from the start. Campground was very well taken care of and most residents seemed to be long term but were also very quiet and friendly as well. Would stay here again if in the area.
Great family campground. Fun things for kids to do. Very well run. Clean bathrooms.
