Vintage Block Inn & Suites Okoboji

We stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is adorable and offered great privacy since we visited during the off-season. The rates were very affordable and reasonable, also thanks to the off-season timing. Our host was attentive and friendly — so much so that I even got her cell phone number! She recommended many local spots that were open since some places were closed due to the off-season, which was super helpful. The rooms were comfy, and the property itself is lovely. Plus, it’s within walking distance to a few popular local watering holes with delicious food, making dining out very convenient. The outdoor area is fantastic, with fire pits and bags to enjoy the crisp fall weather this time of year. Highly recommend for a peaceful and cozy

We've stayed here for the 3rd year during the fair as we are vendors at the fair. Its definitely a rustic place but it suits our needs well and is priced right. This room that I have this year I feel like the king bed at the back of the room is on a slant. Feels like it puts a lot of pressure on my spine and the floor is rounded or lumpy there too, but otherwise we are always happy

What a delight. Last minute Labor Day weekend trip and so grateful to the staff and owners for providing such a fun place to hang after enjoying the Okoboji sites. Live music outside along with the staff and owner providing unique food and drinks, my only regret was not being prepared for the evening mosquitos. Really enjoyed the Block Party and the vintage decor.

This was a super cute motel with lots of amenities. Our room was 'cozy,' but the outdoor spaces made up for it. There is a green space with outdoor games/grilles/firepits, a pool, game deck, and the chill Block Party Retro Pub. There was live music both nights we were there and the drinks and dessert were amazing! ||My only complaint is that the room was a bit dark and sheer curtains would've been nice.

I am very impressed with this motel! It really is nice. You don't find them like this hardly ever. Reasonably priced for the area as well. It has a lot of added unique touches that make it clear the owner really cares about this place, from the cool lights above the doors to the really neat old style telephones, etc. Very very clean and well kept throughout.
