Villatel

This place is amazing!!! We absolutely loved our house. The large open house was perfect! We really enjoyed the private pool, game room, kids room with slide was perfect for our large family! We also really enjoyed the main pool with kid area, slides, lazy river was a great place to go have fun and relax. The bar/restaurant was very good too!! The staff, food and drinks were all amazing! We definitely will be back! Thanks for our amazing stay!

I had a wonderful stay! The villa was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and the overall atmosphere was fun and relaxing. The food was great, and everything that was available was enjoyable and well done. The front desk staff was very kind and even helped take my bags to my room, which I really appreciated — though I think it would be great if the hotel offered a shuttle or luggage service, since it’s quite a long walk in the heat. The property is still under construction, so I understand there’s more to come, but a few more restaurant options would make the experience even better. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again once everything is fully finished. It has so much potential and was already a lovely, comfortable stay!

First of all the house was very, very clean, nice and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The sheets felt wonderful. There was so many different utensils that we can use in the kitchen area. The appliances worked great it was wonderful to have all the washer and dryers in the house. The pool area was nice and big and clean easy access to the trash bin. All the TVs were compatible where you could sign into your own separate accounts, which was great two large refrigerators, which is really great to hold all the food. The children enjoyed the game room and the music room Last but not least customer service was excellent.

This was a great place to stay with my five adult children! We could spread out and relax and wind down after long days in the parks. Every staff member we encountered was kind and friendly and made us feel at home. We had encounters with everyone one from the security at the front gate to the bartender at the bar and each were very helpful and eager to help us with answers to our questions.

My family had a great time staying at Villatel Orlando! So much so that I don’t think my children will ever want to stay anywhere else. There is so much to do in the immediate surrounding area but the resort itself would’ve been just enough fun for our family. The villa is beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was small but perfect for our kids. We loved that it was all in an enclosed area to avoid bugs getting in. The customer service is top notch! We can’t wait to be back again and will be recommending this spot to everyone we know.
