Villas at Southbend

Wonderful option to enjoy the VIR racetrack, our room was comfortable, well equipped, convenient, only thing (is not to their fault) we couldn't find food for the night, so we learned we need to bring it with us. Far from the noise but so close to the action, recommend 100%. Check out was weird because we just left and never talked with no one and no instructions left.

We had a motorcycle track day and decided to bring our wives and stay in the villas trackside for a good experience for everyone. The villas were generally clean and nice to stay. Each villa had a single king sized bed in a handsomely decorated bedroom, a living area and kitchenette with two couches, and a spacious patio seating area. All good, the only suggestion I would have for the keepers is to maybe situate the couches with a coffee table. We played cards in the evening and made it work by rearranging some furniture but the space felt like it was an unrealized opportunity for better use. One unit's heat ran all night but could not get above 68 degrees while the other heated just fine, minor nuisance. Coffee, snacks, and water were provided in the room, much appreciated.

Absolutely beautiful accomodations, with all the comforts of home. 5 star service from an amazing staff, super clean facility, and to top it off a front row view of the track. I highly recommend you visit VIR Villas at Southbend you will not be disappointed.

You might think a hotel at a race track may be more like a Motel 6. Not at VIR!! This entire property is just beautiful. These Villas are more like staying at the Ritz Carlton, but better. Probably 2,200 sf with everything you could ever need. Would highly recommend the Villas at Southbend and VIR in general. Just wonderful southern hospitality. Look forward to returning.
