Village Suites Bay Harbor

I photographed a wedding at Village Suites Bay Harbor and was blown away the whole day. The rooms the couple got married in were clean and roomy. They had their ceremony at Sunset beach and reception under a tent by the water. The whole area is beautiful and the staff were amazing to work with.

We had a wonderful time staying with Village Suites. Our family included 14 people with 4 groups and stayed at the Wanderlust house. Between the 3rd floor bunk room and 3 (of 4) bedrooms with en suites, the setup was perfect. For those that understand, the main bedrooms also have walk-in closets plenty big for cribs (this came in very handy). The office and team who manage these were very responsive and helpful during our stay! We’ve already booked our return trip.

Petoskey is the largest city in and the county seat of Emmet County, Michigan, and is the largest settlement within the county. Located in Petoskey is the Village Suites Bay Harbor located at Bay Harbor. This was our first time here with my family of seven including three adults and three young children on vacation. We arrived here at the same time after driving up in two cars from Western Springs. Illinois. It took us about 6 hours to drive up here. We parked our two vehicles on the main street during our stay. There is alternative self parking behind both buildings. ||We checked into the main office to receive our keys. Our check-in went smoothly at their main office. We booked both of our units via the internet. We had to pay half $1,537 in advance. My one king bedroom two full bathroom

Beautiful room— very spacious and well appointed. Easily could sleep 8 people. Full kitchen with coffee maker and coffee. Very nice balcony area. My only complaint would be that there is a transom window over the door which let in too much light for me. Also I feel like they could give some instructions on operating the TV. Took us a few minutes to figure out which of the three controllers to use to get it to work 🙄

Been going there for years and have been taking multiple families there. Spent a lot of money there. Last time we were there the room was filthy along with the patio and The inside of the refrigerator. The tub was clogged. There was bunch of nasty hair that they don't clean. Only one person on staff and they even told us they're understaffed. The pool had weeds everywhere surrounding. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. They promised us a 10% discount which I was fighting with my credit card company and they were also supposed to comp the last night of our stay because of what a horrible experience we had. Managers never call you back. We've called multiple times. Will never stay there again. Would love to post pictures if I can
