Village Oaks RV Park

Stayed overnight on our way from Pensacola to Fort Worth. Easy on-line reservation. Was able to pick the spot. We wanted a pull through so we didn’t have to unhook. The campground was a hidden gem with a pond and ducks. Trees and wooded area. Dirt roads and hilly but it didn’t rain while we were there so it didn’t affect us. Didn’t use the bathrooms or any facilities. Felt very safe and easy on/off of 20. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful little RV park! Lots of trees and a pond. This is an older park (that previously received negative reviews) that now is under new ownership. The new owners are working hard to bring the park back to life. There are still a lot of long term residents but they have not junked out their sites. The bathhouse is old but spotless. This park, and the new owners definitely deserve another chance!

We easily found our RV site (B36) even though it was dark when we arrived. Village Oaks RV Park had a generous site for our needs. The park is clean, quiet and well lighted. We plan to visit again!

Jacob, was professional, kind, and very considerate to. Due to an auto accident, just traveling through Louisiana with my camper. I stayed there over a month. The showers and laundry room were clean, had great hot water. !! Would definitely recommend for short or long stay.

This is just off the interstate, BUT Google maps directed me to the wrong road. Since it was dark I didn't realize I was passing it until it was too late. The park is nestled in a hilly wooded area, with narrow roads so making turns on is tricky. The overnight spot had a wonderful hillside deck with a grassy view right near shower house. It was relatively easy to pull through with enough room I didn't have to unhook from the RV. The women's shower is tight, a little dated, but has everything you need if you're not picky. Very quite and peaceful.
