Village inn & suites

We stayed in the accessible room. The bed was as hard as a rock. It needs a renovation for sure. The shower rails were not secured to the wall properly. Rusty towel rack and the wallpaper was peeling from the wall. Bathroom was a separate room that had no heat. Floor was ice cold. At the price I paid I expect more.

Yes a little dated but a value for the money. Very clean and nice smelling place. Air conditioning was perfect. Has refrigerator with small freezer and microwave. Table and two padded chairs. Best part was the bed was so comfortable. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Near Smithville Historic Village for dining. Close to NJ parkway for trip to Atlantic City or Beach Haven. I ignored negative reviews and glad I went

Positive: jacuzzi Negative: moldy smell

If I could give the room a 0 I would if it were available. We couldn’t spend more than an hour in that room, nevermind the 2 nights we had booked. As soon as we walked in the room the smell hit you! Stains all over the comforter, stains on the carpet, mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. Peeling wall paper, exposed light fixtures and an ironing board cover that should be in the garbage! The one positive thing I can say is that the manager on duty was very kind & accommodating and refunded all of our money, without any type of argument. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else! Thankfully The Seaview golf resort down the street had availability. While it was more expensive, we were there for a wedding, and I absolutely could not imagine getting ready in that room! It was jus
