Villa Philippa

In July 2024 we spent three delightful weeks in the Villa Philippa and we cannot wait to come back again. This Florida home was a perfect rental choice for our family vacation. The house looked just as presented, in fact, we found it even prettier and more spacious than expected. The fully equipped kitchen dominates the living room, which is for our taste. Variety of amenities available for guests made our vacation very comfortable and carefree (rice cooker, waffle maker, blender, coffee-machines, all beach accessories, coolers, pool toys, board games, books, you name it). The rectangular pool has resting decks for kids, yet it is very practical for swimming. Villa Phillippa is 5 Stars! We stayed at this lovely residence March 2 to April 15 2024. It is a spacious 3 bedroom home that is well equipped with everything for normal day living. All three bedrooms were generous in size which is not always the case in rental homes. The kitchen has indoor and outdoor dinnerware, baking dishes and lovely pots and pans. We had small grandchildren visit and a highchair, pack & play, mattress and crib bedding were quickly provided by the owners. The south facing pool and lanai had sun and shade from morning to sunset. It overlooks a canal with fish ( didn't see any alligators while we were there) and lots of different birds. The flowering shrubs- hibiscus we stunning. Beautiful house with generous hosts. We spent some lovely days here in December 22 and were already surprised on arrival that the owners had thought of everything for the first few days. We could arrive in peace and quiet and have a coffee without having to go shopping straight away. There were also plenty of other basic supplies. The area is beautiful too and the nearby beaches invite you to spend some time or do some shopping. Highly recommended!!

spent 2 weeks and it was the worst there was a wonderfull pool and the house was so beautiful, but vardrid sucks but this is a good place to visit

We loved staying in this beautiful home. It is really well equipped with anything you would need. It’s really nicely furnished, and tastefully decorated. The south facing lanai is very cozy, and has a lovely pool, and a great view. It’s also a nice advantage to deal directly with the owner, and not with an agency. Veraina is very easy to deal with, and very accommodating. We highly recommend this property.
