Criminals. Don't ever rent from here. They will try to ruin you and not think twice about it. I'm being sued for 10,000 dollars of damages that don't even exist. They filed an eviction after I moved out and they are keeping my 5,100 dollar deposit. Yes 5,100 bucks to move into a 1,300 a month trailer in the middle of BFE. Don't fall for it like I did and read your lease agreement.

TOTAL SCAM. Will deny you after you spent $150 dollars to apply, have a 800+ credit score, and make 5 times the income, no prior evictions. Then when you call to get a reason on why you were denied they will not tell you and then block your number and lock the door to the office. They are SCAM ARTIST and will screw you over.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT rent from these people. They will treat you wrong and they think they are above the law. I lived in an off site mobile home for almost 9 years. Fine at first but got bad over time. Got to where if there was any repairs done I was charged for it saying it was thru my misuse. They will lie about the repairs. Brian who really runs the place of which David is a lackey, had eviction papers served on me after I informed him I was moving lied on the eviction papers. So my attorney and I are preparing to have Brian charged with perjury on a sworn legal document. I know my rights and Brian and David are NOT above the law. I am not like some people. I am not scared of them.

Went here to do my laundry, as I have done since they opened it. The washers are a good value and they have the larger load washers as well. The dryer gets the job done in about half an hour or so. I recommend this laundromat. They have a few new dryers and washers..It's very clean. And they are open 24 hours
