Was randomly accused of stealing food out of the community fridge one day after coming home from work. Administrator is sometimes up early hours complaining loudly and slamming things about "people stealing her bowls", how she wants to kill herself and how nobody wants to live there (I wondered why for a long time).. Constant marijuana smell. There's a few tenants there who are cool but there's a select few who are just as crazy as the administrator. Very "white trashy" in my opinion (the people not the building). However im pretty sure it was a rat that jumped on me one night while trying to fall asleep. And I'm not going to start with the amount of cats there and the feces in the hallway soon before I moved out. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I would rather be homless.
From the outside it seemed very clean and nice. Was just driving by looking for a rental for a family member. Great little area north of Bentonville
