Wow. What a wonderful stay in Vanderkamp's stunning surroundings with such attentiveness, amenities and generous hospitality. To a person, our retreat participants raved about the beauty and functionality of Grace Manor and the spectacular property, even on a cold, drizzly autumn weekend (thank you fires, sauna, hot tub!). They loved the Zen and “cool factor” of White Pine Spa, and the incredible gourmet food with such gracious persons serving us and SO many dietary accommodations that VK made for our group. For us retreat leaders, the communication, planning and delivery of our whole retreat was impeccable! Absolutely perfect spot for a girls’ weekend! Vanderkamp is a hidden gem with beautiful surroundings and plenty of space to sit, relax, and chat. The rooms were super comfortable. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

Our anniversary getaway at The Boathouse on Vanderkamp Lake was nothing short of absolutely blissful. The house is as lovely on the inside as it is out. Cozy and beautiful with all of the essentials and an amazing shower! The house, property and lake are all so peaceful and serene. We were able to get out on the kayaks, take a big tire bike ride (so fun!), have a fire on the beach and hike some of the most beautiful trails we've ever experienced. The owners and management are wonderful people who have 'above and beyond' well figured out. We experienced a very situational complication that they handled with the utmost professionalism and truly made us feel welcomed and appreciated. We made sure to buy a bunch of merch on our way out and will be sporting VK and telling everyone how amazing

In 2024, my family cautiously decided to give Vanderkamp a try for a new take on the proverbial family vacation. We did not expect to make so many more wonderful memories there than we ever did on beach vacations. The beach can be a blast, but nothing compares to the quiet serenity of Vanderkamp, like getting a week alone with your thoughts and no interruptions. Obviously, we returned this year in 2025 for more peace and quiet with family.
