Value Stay

The hotel is in process of remodeling, but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and newly painted. Bathroom was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water, you just have to play with the adjustment of the temp, then it stays put. Overall we had a good night's sleep. Resturants and gas close by. Right next to freeway, microwave and fridge were new. They need a coffee pot but over all great find. 4.6

Clean room affordable price friendly service. Conveniently located near 24 hour gas station in walking distance and several restaurants and stores. Great location.

Worse hotel ever! The management was not at the desk to ask Questions. He came to the door in a towel. We had to cut our stay for medical reasons. I asked for our paperwork or confirmation and he would not given. I called to get our trip information and he refused to give it to me. He claimed I made the reservation through trivago; not true! I called the hotel to make reservations! Not a good stay. No TV remote, nothing to hang clothes on.

I was skeptical of this place. However I was pleasantly surprised to see our room was super clean, and beds and pillows were super comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place for $77 just for a place to sleep while passing through!

Value Stays in Winchester KY, My experience was very good. The Staff is very professional and courteous, The Room I stayed in was spacious and nice, as well as clean. I would highly recommend this hotel, the price is good especially given the economics, the price is very reasonable. I will be coming back to stay here when visiting Winchester.
