Value Inn Motel

Clean and comfortable, staff were really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a good location for what we wanted (magic mountain and universal studios). Having microwave coffee machine and fridge was good for us. We just felt it was quite expensive for what it was but otherwise would recommend.

Horrible place. They are very rude and they discriminate against handicapped people. They wouldn't rent a room to a friend of ours. Because he was in a wheelchair. I am definitely reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. That is, the only reason we could not get a room for him. Is because he's in a wheelchair shame on them.

I didn’t receive my deposit back because they said that 1) there was a hole in the sheets (not related to me, and was already there when I checked in.), which was BS because I do not even smoke at all. 2) there was a bit of makeup on the pillowcase that my wife slept on… like really???! First of all I explained that it washes out. I know for a fact because I deal with the same thing at home for over 10 years and it washes out in the washing machine every single time. Not to mention I have stayed in over 500 hotels and not once have I ever heard of such a stupid reason to hold the deposit. These cheapskates will find any reason to try and take your money. I would not recommend staying here and avoid this place and find a better place for their travel plans. These people lost my busin

I love the family that owns this place they're so friendly no matter what time of morning day or night they've always been able to accommodate me rooms are always clean with fresh towels. The parking isn't so great but it could be worse

I stayed at the Value Inn March 17th while driving from Arizona to Oregon. I found it easily from the freeway and it was close to two restaurants I found for dinner and breakfast. I arrived tired and grumpy but was treated with respect and courtesy. The attendant showed me where to park my vehicle, provided extra pillows per my request and helped get me and my luggage through the door. I was surprised by the ample size of the room, table with two chairs, two dressers, side tables by the bed and a large television mounted on the wall. It also had a sizable closet and bathroom. I used the television to catch up on the sports scores, the refrigerator to store my perishables, the microwave to warm up my cookie and the coffee maker to kick start everything in the morning.
