Valley View Motel

Room was large and very clean. Somewhat outdated furniture, but the room was perfectly fine for me. Comfy bed as well. The store next door will give you a free bag ice - just tell them that you are staying at the motel next door. Also, there is a restaurant next door, which has pretty good food as well.

Right off the main road. The owner was friendly and welcoming. The furniture and decor was a little dated, but the room was large, clean, and nothing was broken. I was very pleased with our stay.

For a motel, pretty good ! Laundry car wash restaurant and gas station all within 100 feet. Dollar General and a hardware store in town, and a subway down the road. It is in a well kept up spartan time warp, but excellent place; saved me because the pipeliners have tied up all the rooms for 100 miles around. Don't expect holiday inn; however, it and Mill Creek are an Oasis in southeastern West Virginia! I cleaned the air filter in the wall unit, lysol it, and good to go! Very clean beds ! I slept well and Very thankful! This is now on my good list to stay while working around the State.

I slected this Inn becasue of the price and distance to my destination. I was not disapointed in anyway. Everything was really clean and I felt very safe. The staff was super friendly and helpful from calling to make my reservation, check in and check out person. The room didn't have an odar. Everything is outdated but not broken. I prefer decent price and friendly staff over new and pretty any day. Convient service station next door for drinks and snacks. The only thing I didn't like about the place is the lobby smelled of smoke when I checked in. I truly recommend checking this place out if you need a place to stay in the area.
