Urbana Inn & Suites

Great hotel with exceptional service and value. They allowed us to host a family holiday gathering in their dining area for no extra charge. It was so lovely and convenient. The hotel manager Jessica made our stay so nice. Thank you! Basic, clean rooms but the pool and free breakfast make it a great value.

Clean. Quite. Safe. And super nice staff. I was pleasantly suprised driving up to the hotel because you can tell by looking at the outside it is very clean and taken care of.||I absolutely loved my night. Best nights sleep I had in some time. Nice little breakfast. Everything was very clean. I can't stress that enough. ||Pet friendly with plenty of room outside in the grass.

They had ants, mice, the Manger doesn’t answer the phone, the employee didn’t answer the phone either. The employees smells bad and is not professional. The hair looks matted. Thy let people who smoke in the buildings, not safe for your children. The pool is not safe. Your baby can get hypothermia from the water being too cold. The electrical is not up to date! This is a horrible hotel for a 3 star hotel.

The breakfast is amazing along with the set up for breakfast. Just do it. Strawberry cream cheese four different kinds of flavors of bagels waffles four different kinds of jellies quality yogurt three different kinds of apples big bananas oranges all kinds of trash type breakfast stuff too. And many different kinds of cereals and milks along with decaf coffeealong with normal coffee too much stuff to list

Great hotel! Friendly staff. Quiet, comfortable stay. Location is tucked away, but near a nice quilt shop and Yarn shop (Fiber Heart Yarn Gifts)
