Up Midtown Hotel

I love this location because there are restaurants in walking distance. Also the bus stop is right in front of the motel which is a major plus. This is a motel not a hotel but the room that I'm in is really clean and neat, I love it. It has a microwave and a mini fridge. My room has a balcony but no closet and I had to go to the front desk for an iron. Hey no problem it's worth the price. The bus in front will take you straight to downtown Miami for $2.50. They also have a day pass and a week pass to purchase at the government center a man told me. Around $6 for a day and $20 something for the week. It's right by the freeway btw. I highly recommend this motel. 👍🏼 ❤️

Very strong chlorine smell throughout the room. The TV was barely usable due to poor internet connection. The refrigerator defrosted, leaving a large puddle of water on the floor, and the walls were dirty. Overall, the room needs better maintenance. You can't sleep because of the light coming in and the noise

Positive: I liked that it was cleaner than i expected being it was a 2 star hotel. I was fresh. I needed a room last minute and didn't have much money so i booked the cheapest room i could find for the night. Negative: ""

What a Trash hotel!!! Rooms are dirty and Chlorine odor is so strong that you get headache!! Floors are sticky and wet from chemicals, this is ridicilous! No wi fi password anywhere, called 9x front desk, nobody answered. Went to the front desk and got the password but the internet is ultra slow, can't watch anything, youtube is buffering. If I could give more than 1 stars, this would be the first time for me to do it! Walls are paper thin, you can hear people snore or whisper in next rooms to yours! P.S. This hotel is Not cheap at all, $500-$600 for two nights at this place... Prison would be easier. Loud, smelly, dirty and front desk service couldn't care less to help with anything.

Room was disgusting there were some sort of stains on our bed we checked in and ended up leaving and just going too a different hotel. The place also smelt like bleach really strong. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone you can get a better deal anywhere in Miami that doesn’t leave you thinking ew this place is gross.
