Up a Creek Campground

We were at the campground on a Sunday through Thursday visit. I found this to be a nice quiet campground. We had four people in our group. My husband and myself, my adult son and his friend. The campground is a smaller campground with the nightly rentals in the "front" portion and the seasonal in the "back" portion of the campground. It seemed that the seasonal spaces were very spacious compared to other campgrounds I have been to. The nightly rental spaces seemed typical with most campgrounds as far as space goes. There are two playgrounds and two shower/restroom facilities...one in the front half and one in the back half. There is one laundry area in the front portion. You can use inner tubes and I think Kayaks for the creek on the premises. We did not use these features. The store

We were staying at the campground last Friday through Sunday. We had a great 2 nights checking out the pool, visiting the game room, enjoying our site, and exploring the overall layout of the campground. It is definitely a busy but enjoyable place! One could say the sites were fairly compacted but nothing too bad. One thing I would add is we had neighbors smoking weed and creating a bad smell all three days we were there. Not sure if there’s a smoking policy but it’s definitely something the campground could revise. Overall, very nice campground 👍

Very accommodating to a large group with multiple sites, many children. Clean facilities, friendly staff. Fun river, playground, pool. Hosted free bingo for the kids, even changed the time to allow our groups kids to participate. Thank you!

What a wonderful campground! I am so excited to have found this place. I'm hoping to have a family reunion there in a couple years.

We had a great time at Up a Creek! It is a clean, well-kept and quiet campground. Usually I avoid the bathrooms/showers at campgrounds but these ones were so clean and even smelled good. Our kids loved the pool, game room, basketball hoop, volleyball and playground. We enjoyed floating the river twice. The store is super nice with ice cream and pizza! We also love that it’s dog friendly. We hope to be back this summer and many more to come!
