Universal City RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly ABC RV Park)

Love this place, living here for a few months was such a joy. Great neighborhood, grounds are extremely well kept, neighbors are mostly there for the long haul and have a real sense of community. Everyone is nice and friendly and keep quite. Only problem was there seemed to be a roach infestation at night, and we had to spray EVERYTHING outside in an effort to keep them off our pad (not sure if is a Texan thing, or hot weather thing or what?) But besides this, and as long as the Sun is shining is a great RV community close to everything.

I moved into this park at the end of July, 2014. Management seemed friendly at first but soon changed. The assistant manager Dennis runs the place, in fact the manager has already resigned. The place is crawling with Cockroaches and the assistant manager Dennis says "WE ARENOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COCKROACHES". They are all in the yards crawling over grills and picknic tables by the hundreds at night.

Pros: Shady, well maintained, reasonably priced, close to everything! Cons: Randolph AFB planes fly 7:30am to 4:30pm M-F. No internet. Stayed here two months in early 2017.

We called on phone and manager says come on in, got 2 spaces. #6 real nice pull thru, easy ro maneuver RV, dolly and car thru Park lanes. plenty of room to park rv, car dolly and pulled car on space. Really clean park. neighbors are very outgoing and helpful.. Got RV space next to Santa Claus Association member. Great location to Randolph AFB.

It looks like a nice peaceful place. Property is well maintained. Location is perfect, so many options nearby.
