It's quiet and out of town, had storm shelter, pretty friendly and people mind their own business... In 2025 can't ask for much more

I absolutely love this place. Owner is great so is the other guy in the office. Washers and Dryers showers super clean. Quiet, if you have an issue you can always find someone to help. Love the huge fields for our dogs to run in. We have been here a total of 1.5 years and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Not bad but not good either. The park was fairly clean and safe. We did not find the amenities until we were leaving as there seems to be another business run out of the park and we didn’t know which building were which. Mostly long term residents. Owner was nice. Biggest problem - it was not as advertised. We looked on several sites and saw beautiful pictures with a lake etc. This is no the case. This is a dirt lot by a field. We would only stay again if work required us to be close to the plant.

We made reservations. Arrived to a very remote area. Old mattresses and trash piled around dumpster, abandoned run down trailer at entrance. Looks like permanent residence dominates the park. We did not stay! Found a nicer Campground.

Not a fancy park, very basic, about 10 minutes off the I40. But it's conveniently right down the road from a truck stop that has a decent inventory. If you are just passing through and need a space for the night it's perfect. The manager is very friendly. They have a couple full showers if you need that are kept very clean as well as washers and dryers.
