About Umpqua Riverfront RV Park & Boat Ramp

We're working on getting going for 2024- Tons of work to make it acceptable again. We're still temp closed due to "son" issues. We tried keeping it private, but our adult son has himself made it public as "WA" and "NULL" in posts on googles pics here... More

My wife is a hotel person, so staying at a place that does not give you a mint on your pillow is not my usual review. We rented the cabin as relatives stayed in the RV park and had the best time which was aided by the owner, who was super helpful.||||The cabin is isolated from the rv’s in an open field next to some shady trees. It features four twin beds (2 up in a loft). There is a couple of chairs, shelfs, a heater, a usb port for mild charging, a swing on the porch a gas bbq and a firepit with some wood and kindling. ||||They thoughtfully provide a few odds and ends such as lighter fluid, briquets and bug spray (that was not needed). It’s clean and functional and perfect for a weekend of roughing it, without sleeping on the ground. ||||The owner called it a tent when we booked

Best RV park around! The owners are exceptional at what they do and the service they provide to their guests. Nestled on the Umpqua it is the perfect getaway from the hustle bustle for the family or a romantic weekend. A boat ramp let’s customers access the river at decent cost. Great fishing and swimming! If you’re looking for a nice place to camp in a quiet friendly environment I recommend checking this park out.

We recently camped for two nights at Umpqua Riverfront RV Park and Boat Ramp. They do not have a website, however they have a Facebook page that you can view pics and get updates on the local weather and availability. It cost us $30 per night for two people plus $5 each night per additional person. There's three shower/restroom stalls, one being reserved for handicapped access, and a laundry room. The owner has a list on the end of the building if you need to buy ice and then he delivers it throughout the day. On the backside of the building is a fish cleaning station. The park is set up to drive in one-way and pull through towards the river. Each site has its own trash can and picnic table. The campsites are a little closer together than we have experienced at a State Park but they would

We have stayed here atleast twice in the last several years. I loved the scenic area and our space was clean and ample. The owners were kind, helpful and very welcoming. I remember coming in very late at night and they offered to help us find our site. So kind. I do t have photos to add right now, but I took some wonderful pics. I came back to review this site because I want more small business owners like this to have a chance against big businesses and persons who might leave petty reviews. Our experience was nothing but wonderful! (And I speak for two rented spaces — an airstream and a registered antique Terry trailer, four older adults over 50 and four young adults between the ages of 16 & 24! Our dogs wound also give you a five star review, as they truly enjoyed your dog run

This place is by far one of the best places we stayed during our trip from Bellingham, WA to Sacramento, CA, and we stayed at a lot of places. Wayne, the owner, was so accommodating. He was super friendly, loaned us life jackets and whistles, and brought us ice. The bathrooms were recently renovated and are VERY clean. There is great fishing right there on the river, our 4 yo son caught a decent size fish right off the boat ramp! Very nice spots for trailers/RVs. We will definitely be coming back with family for annual camping trips!
