Lake is awesome. Campsites are to close together with very little shade. The outhouses are terrible. Twin Lakes is private owned. The forest service outhouses are better. For the price, the campground is not that good. You could go to Malad summit a little ways away or some of the other ones near by and just drive to Twin Lakes and have a better spot. The camp host doesn't enforce anything. There is a boat check station. There is also garbages at the begining of the road. The lake is sweet though. There are large mouth bass and blue gill. We had one large mouth that was 17 inches. 14 is the keeper length. We had several keepers. Fishing was a little slow, but it was in the middle of July in the heat. I would recommend Twin Lakes if you know what to expect.
