This is less of a traditional RV park and more of a backyard operation for locals. We pulled up and were immediately deterred by the warning sign that the owners were armed (which appeared to be a no trespassing sign) as well as the confederate flag in the window. The RVs that were parked looked well taken care of and well established, but we did not choose to stay.
The residents and owners are totally awesome. The park is very clean and the residents are very respectful. Anything that needs done the owners, Bruce and Emma, are on top of it. For the price per month, which includes all utilities,sewage,water and trash, you will not find a better place for that anywhere in Arkansas. I know this for a fact because I've looked for several weeks before I found this beautiful place. God Bless y'all.
Great folks and no bothersome attitudes. I feel like I'm home whenever I'm there. 5 stars across the board!!!
