From the moment we arrived, the property felt poorly managed and far below the standard advertised online. During our stay, we faced several issues that made the environment feel uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe. Security concerns were the biggest issue for us. The parking area was left open the entire time, and we dealt with what seemed like an attempted break-in one night. There were no visible functioning security measures, and we didn’t receive any meaningful reassurance afterward, which was frightening—especially with children. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanksgiving Family Stay I went to Miami for Thanksgiving and stayed at Tucker Palmer Apartments, and it was perfect for my family of six — my husband, myself, and our four teenagers. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and conveniently located close to Dadeland Mall and the restaurant where we had Thanksgiving dinner. We really enjoyed the pool table/recreation area and the complimentary coffee in the lobby. The detailed instructions for check-in and check-out made everything simple and stress-free. Overall, the cleanliness, location, and ease of access made this a great stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Miami with all of the kids.

I’d say this felt more like a 3.5-star stay rather than a true 4-star. Most of the staff didn’t speak much English except for the concierge, but everyone was genuinely kind and helpful. The beds made some squeaky noises, and a few areas didn’t feel very clean and were a bit sticky. That said, the room was a good size, the area was quiet, and the neighborhood felt peaceful.
