I’ve been staying here for several months now renting the tiny house. It’s very quiet here with good water pressure, parking, free WiFi, good camper spots not crammed together lol and very convenient to Danville Va and the VIR racetrack. I haven’t had any issues to speak of other than not knowing how to work the air conditioning system lol but Greg and Melissa were quick to help me. I’ve traveled and worked all across the country and you don’t always find places like this to rent and good people to rent from I would highly recommended giving this place a shot if you’re looking for something in this area….
We've been at True North since August of 2023. It's an amazing little park, that's very quiet. Melissa and Greg are great people and always willing to do anything they can to make the park better. We look forward to being here for a long time!
I haven't lived here, but I did call regarding some questions I had for a friend of mine. Not only was Melissa very helpful and informative, she was also very nice as well as professional. Definitely going to keep this place in mind while on the hunt!
I absolutely love this park. We had a work contract and stayed 6 months. It is so well managed, Greg and Melissa were amazing.
