Tru by Hilton Spring Hill

Room was newer, spacious and very clean. Breakfast area decor was impressive and food was very good as well. There were a number of small areas in the breakfast and lobby area to get work done. No issues with Google Maps guiding us to the hotel. Highly recommend for overnight or longer stay!

This is a very basic bare bones Hilton property. The simplicity is overwhelming and the room resembles a dorm. It echoes because there aren’t enough soft surfaces. The king room contained a bed (which was delightfully comfortable), 4 pillows, a tiny desk and rolling chair, a bench, a tiny side table with phone, a slightly larger side table with lamp, a table with a mini fridge underneath, one trash can, tv, half sized ironing board and iron, floor lamp in a sad corner by itself, full length mirror, exposed bar to serve as a closet, hair dryer, solid surface floors, shower mat and towels. It’s like the room isn’t complete. WiFi signal is good. Heating worked fine. Room darkening shades did their job. Good water pressure. Note: The hotel is right behind Publix. Google Maps doesn’t know how

The staff, rooms, and common areas were all excellent. Everything felt clean, modern, and well maintained. The location was a huge plus—being right next to Publix made it incredibly convenient to grab anything we needed. It also had easy access to the highway while still feeling private and quiet. Overall, a great stay at Tru by Hilton—close to everything, easy to get around, and genuinely fun and comfortable.

Traveling from Wisconsin to Florida we booked our hotel from reviews online. The hotel is brand new so everything was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. The mini omelets with toppings were the best and coffee was hot! Congratulations on your new place

Walked in with no one greeting us but the staff was outside by the fire because it was their grand opening. The internet was down so we could not pre check and the internet remained not working in our room unfortunately. They advised they opened in December but today was their official grand opening party. If this was my hotels grand opening I would expect a higher level of professionalism and care. We tried to turn the air down because it was hot in the room and it would not go below 65 but no air turned on. I tried to call the front desk but no one answered. Tried again and no one answered. Staff was very non chalant by 8pm. Hoping for better. Really love most of our Tru experiences.
