The staff here is great! The main level is very welcoming and has a beautiful pool table, plenty of options for quick snacks or meals, breakfast, a pool… A beautiful hotel! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Des Moines Metro. Krista and staff are phenomenal!
Tru hotels are great and love that this one has a pool table! Only bad is the terrible scrambled eggs, maybe because they're powdered.
it's very nice if you know what you're getting into with Tru. it's the hilton value brand. I'd put it on par with Holiday Inn Express. Rooms are smallish, microwave is in the lobby, breakfast is good. good value for the money paid.
