Tru by Hilton Huber Heights Dayton

Our family stayed here to attend a funeral and the service here was phenomenal. All of the staff were welcoming and kind. I personally want to thank front desk staff Nava and Angie for making our stay incredible. They both were extremely generous and kind always making sure our family members were well taken care of. Rooms are very clean and the lobby was great for game nights with family. We will definitely stay here again when we visit.

Positive: Clean, smells good (but not a cover-up smell), breakfast is good, staff is friendly. Negative: Floors in our room were sticky. Our room was the smallest we've ever had in any Tru Hotel (but not a dealbreaker.) The room rate was expensive.We had stompers (kids) above us one night - so little sleep (not the hotel's fault, though.)

We arrived with two dogs and checked in. The front desk lady was ever so gracious because we were tired and cranky. The hotel was clean, and a really nice price point. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom well stocked. All four of us were out cold with 45 minutes of arrival it was perfect.

Finally got back to the hotel from a late night out and went to start the shower walked away for 5 minutes and came back and the bathroom was already flooded but it was flooded only on the side of the wall by the toliet and sink then it went to our door and passed into the hallway but none of the water came from the shower. Me and my partners first guess was the toliet but then told room service and we had to move all of our things from the first floor to the 4th floor at four am in the morning to finally take a shower and have no sleep bc we had to repack all of our stuff. And got told by the room service that we be able to get a refund or even partial refund and management said no bc the sink was clogged but we never even got to use it, we simply just wanted to shower

Great stay and excellent experience! Everything about this hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in. The room was spotless, with a sleek design and a very comfy bed. I also loved the fun, vibrant atmosphere in the lobby perfect for relaxing or grabbing a quick coffee. Breakfast had plenty of options and was fresh and tasty. Overall, a great value and definitely a place I’d stay again when in the Dayton area! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
