Staff is very accommodating, going above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everything was clean & well managed. There was a youth basketball tournament in town during our stay. One group of those children thought it was funny to “ding dong ditch” rooms at 10pm. We were not part of the tournament visitors. We witnessed the staff running all over the hotel in an attempt to respond to all of the disturbances. We were grateful they managed to get the group under control. The staff saved us from a long night with a woken toddler.

We had a funeral in town and relatives of the family were staying here. We were looking for a place for relatives from in town and out of town to gather the night before the funeral to eat, drink and catch-up. When Robie, General Manager, heard this she encouraged us to gather in the main lobby/breakfast area space and use her hotel for our gathering. She and her staff were so accommodating and welcoming. We ended up with 25 adult cousins and their spouses able to meet up for a wonderful evening here and it was perfect! Beautiful, clean hotel and couldn't have been friendlier. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful space to create a fun memory around a sad event. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our of town guests.

This hotel is PERFECT for anyone staying overnight to play at the soccer fields nearby. The hotel itself is clean, and comfortable. There is a Caribou Coffee within walking distance and the fields are 2 minutes away. The only downside was the free breakfast - most things were sold out by 7:30am. We just opted for breakfast elsewhere so it didn’t matter to us. Overall, this is the best place to stay if you’re going for soccer at the complex across the street.

Lobby was great with games and fresh coffee. Rooms brand new and very clean. The only issue we encounter was the lack of storage. There is no closet or dresser to get your things organized.

Do not attend if you have children who play on sports teams (at the Grimes basketball and baseball facilities). Warning to all teams and coaches: find another hotel. Staff will complain about kids "running halls" and "need to be under adult supervision at all times when not in their rooms"... when simply being kids. We repeatedly got warnings as early as 8pm... and we were the only guests (specifically sports team) at the facility. Fine hotel... not sports team friendly. Do yourself a favor and spend your team dollars elsewhere.
