Tru by Hilton Coppell DFW Airport North

Positive: Good location Negative: 2 night stay. Room was not cleaned. When we asked, we were told you had to request your room be cleaned. We then ask for clean towels and were told they would bring them up. 3 hours later, no towels. They gave them to us the second time we went down.

This hotel is beautiful! I chose it because it had newly open. The staff was amazing, Mckinzie and Alesha went above and beyond. I needed a shuttle the next morning to take me to an interview and the initial shuttle driver said he had to go to the airport first. I then notified Alesha and she contacted a maintenance man to get a second van; so that I could make it to my flight on-time! Amazing service. I would definitely stay here again.

The online app was easy to use. The front desk person was lovely. She was so helpful. Antione was our driver for the shuttle and went above and beyond for us. He was personable and professional! The room was comfortable and just what we needed for a layover night from the airport. Such friendly staff , great location to the airport Thank you!

My boyfriend and I have used this hotel twice now for our weekend getaways… well go down the street… and WE love it! It’s a very modern looking hotel and so fun to stay at. Last night we stayed and our wifi wasn’t working… Courtney was SO helpful to help us with moving rooms and quick to solve the issue before we went to dinner. The GM was very kind to give us a bag of snacks too! We definitely will come back more often! We love the view of 635 and watching the sunset from our room.

I stayed here briefly when my flight was canceled during the big snowstorm. The shuttle took a little while but it was understandable that it had to pick up numerous people at different terminals. The room was nice and updated but I did notice small spot of blood on one of the light switches and I found a name tag pin inside one of the pillows. Breakfast was decent, nothing special
